Payment Information
Billing & Insurance
Baby and Beyond Therapy is out of network with all insurance companies. While we do not accept insurance, we will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
There is no guarantee that any/all invoices will be reimbursed, and we recommend families contact their insurance to learn about their out-of-network benefits.
Early IntervenTion
Baby and Beyond Therapy is a vendored provider with the Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC). This means Baby and Beyond Therapy can provide occupational therapy and feeding therapy services to clients who are eligible.
We work closely with RCOC to make services easier to access, reduce financial stress, and ensure children receive the support they need as early as possible.
Resources
Non-profit organization contracted by the State of California to coordinate lifelong services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Provides early intervention services for children from birth to 3.
Statewide program that treats children with certain physical limitations and chronic conditions or diseases. CCS can provide medical assistance and therapy for children who are eligible. Services are available from birth to 21 years of age.

Do you accept insurance?
Baby and Beyond Therapy is a private occupational therapy practice. While we do not accept insurance, we will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. There is no guarantee that any/all invoices will be reimbursed.
What is your attendance and cancellation policy?
We understand that children get sick and appointments sometimes need to be rescheduled. However, missed appointments and frequent cancellations impact our ability to provide quality care. If you need to change or reschedule an appointment, please call or email at least 24 hours in advance.
What is your no-show policy?
The success of treatment depends on consistency. In the event of a “no show”, you will be charged in full for the missed session.
How will I be billed for services?
A credit card is required to be kept on file. The card will be charged after the appointment takes place.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept credit card payments. Insurance is not accepted at this time.
Is an evaluation required prior to services beginning?
Yes, an evaluation is required to guide our treatment planning.
Do I need a referral?
No, we do not need a referral.
Do you charge extra for driving to in-home sessions?
Baby and Beyond Therapy provides pediatric occupational, feeding, and myofunctional therapy, as well as bodywork to clients in Placentia, Orange County, areas of the Inland Empire, Riverside, San Bernardino, and LA County. Please contact us for additional mileage fees.
What is your sick policy?
We want to provide a healthy environment for clients and families. We ask all patients to wait at least 24 hours after breaking a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea before returning to therapy.
What are your COVID-19 safety measures?
If you are experiencing any symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please remain home and cancel therapy. Hand sanitizer, gloves, and masks are sometimes used as preventative measures. You are not required to wear a mask. As regulations change, we will continue to update our requirements and safety measures in line with best practices. Thank you for your cooperation.
How much therapy will my child need?
Every child's needs are unique, and they respond to therapy differently. Therefore, the number of sessions needed will vary. Baby and Beyond Therapy communicates with families about how a child is progressing towards goals and adjusts therapy frequency as needed.
