Do you take Insurance?

Baby and Beyond Therapy is a private occupational therapy practice. While we do not accept insurance, we will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. There is no guarantee that any/all invoices will be reimbursed.

What safety measures are you taking to protect against the spread of COVID-19?

Each client will be screened with COVID-19 questions the night prior to an appointment. Please cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment to a Telehealth visit if someone in the family is ill or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. 

Masks and gloves will be worn during home visits to protect clients and their families. Parent will also be expected to wear a mask in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. 

What is your payment policy?

All payments are due at the beginning of each session. We accept credit card payments. Insurance is not accepted at this time. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that children get sick and appointments sometimes need to be rescheduled. However, missed appointments and frequent cancellations impact our ability to provide quality care. If you need to change or reschedule an appointment please call or email at least 24 hrs in advance. 

What is your "No Show" Policy?

The success of treatment depends on consistency. In the event of a “no show”,  you will be charged in full for missed session.

What is your sick policy?

We want to provide a healthy environment for clients and families. We ask all patients to wait at least 24 hours after breaking a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea before returning to therapy.
